【記者李芳菲台北報導】環保署「環境即時通APP」日前於荷蘭鹿特丹「2016年地理空間世界論壇(Geospatial World Forum, GWF)」，以「Breathe Easy & Live Better ‐ Environment Info Push App」之創新服務，榮獲2016年地理空間應用卓越獎(Geospatial World Excellence Awards–2016)。
GWF是專注於地理空間資訊與數據的國際性論壇，自2011年起頒發Geospatial World Forum Award，以表彰公共安全、環境、農業、交通運輸管理等領域運用地理空間技術以創新服務者。2016年於荷蘭鹿特丹舉行，估計約有90個國家，包含公部門、非政府組織、教育領域專家學者以及地理空間相關產業人員，逾1,000人共襄盛舉。

腰背部是所有脊椎中承受最多重量的部分，會因為姿勢不良、缺乏規律的運動、體重過重，而引起下背部疼痛，並且普遍發現，老年人的下背痛的頻率較年輕人高，孕婦產後半年產生下背痛情形也多達25～43％，而且下背痛的復發率高，估計一年內再復發的機率高達7成，難怪有人將下背痛，尤其是續發的慢性下背痛（chronic lower back pain, CLBP）稱為最典型的非癌症慢性頑固性疼痛。
在針灸方面，已廣為世界所推廣，如2005年的系統性回顧研究指出針灸對於慢性下背痛的疼痛緩解與功能回復是比沒針灸治療有效果，而且2010年的著名《新英格蘭醫學雜誌》中一篇「Acupuncture for chronic low back pain（針灸慢性下背痛）」也指出針灸對下背痛的療效，並建議病患至少接受12次的針灸治療，一周至少2次，以逐漸改善下背痛的不適。推拿、拔罐或筋骨調整，在中醫的理論中，主要藉由舒筋活絡、打通筋骨經絡中瘀滯的氣血，目的在讓不通暢的地方通暢，也就是解除中醫所說「不通則痛」的狀況。中藥方面就需要配合中醫四診，依據中醫理論，審症求因、辨別臟腑氣血，個別診斷為寒溼、溼熱、血瘀氣滯與肝腎虧虛所導致的腰痛，並根據其病因給予相對應的用藥。
